Humble Beginnings in 2011
The Fritcher family and a small team launched the company in June 2011. The original crew consisted of about ten highly dedicated and experienced full-time staff.
Tina, who still drives our signature pink dump truck today, was one of those original members. It took teamwork to get the business off the ground.
Overcoming Early Challenges
The early years of the company required immense grit and determination to survive. We faced the harsh realities of the industry, and our initial team dwindled to only six people at one point.
We persevered through those lean times by relying on our core values. We simply woke up every day, put our boots on, and outworked the competition.
Embracing Construction Technology
By 2013, we recognized that the future of site work belonged to those who embraced innovation. We became only the second company in East Texas to adopt GPS bulldozer technology.
Adding Trimble 3D modeling and drone topography to our workflow changed everything. This technology allowed us to deliver unprecedented accuracy for developers and engineers.
