Kelly Monahan
Kelly worked residential construction through his college years at Mississippi State, where he studied civil engineering.
His career since has taken him across several states and through multiple roles in construction, including materials testing.
Today, he heads sitework, utilities, land clearing, chemical stabilization, and similar services at Fritcher. He's also involved with the company's 3D modeling of sites and topography.
The most important things Kelly manages are people and time. Without those, he says, success isn't possible.
When he looks back at his career so far, Kelly is most proud of the Christian moral values he has been able to maintain through every part of his life, including in his work at Fritcher.
