Floyd Line
Floyd's construction career started in 1996 when his Sunday school teacher asked why he was missing church. Floyd had to work weekends at the time. To make sure he could come to church, the teacher offered him a job in construction.
That kicked off over a decade working different jobs in construction, and studying project management and supervision at TJC, until Floyed was until eventually named superintendent at a general contractor.
In 2013 he moved into concrete construction. Today he manages concrete services at Fritcher and leads teams averaging 75 workers daily across sites.
Floyd enjoys working in concrete because he gets to take part in building the most important part of any construction project – its foundation – and making sure each client gets a product that will last for decades to come.
